Aims

• To strengthen communication between the police and teenagers and to uphold teenagers' responsibility towards society.​

 

• To create a good partnership between the students and the police in fighting against crime.

 

Objectives

 

• To encourage and improve communication and mutual understanding between the Police and the youth of Hong Kong.​

• To develop young people's sense of responsibility towards society and to instil positive values in them.​

• To foster Police – youth partnership in the fight against crime.
